Hi All,

I hope this message finds you well! As we approach the grading period for Winter 2025, we want to emphasize the critical need for grading secretaries to ensure the smooth operation of our competition.

Grading secretaries play a vital role in organising and facilitating the grading process, which ultimately impacts all clubs involved. To ensure the success of our league, it’s important that each club contributes volunteers to help with this essential task.

Over the last few seasons, we have received complaints regarding team movement during grading and regular season. Having adequate support from grading secretaries will help address these concerns and create a more organised experience for everyone involved.

This season we are asking our grading secretaries to provide more data for each team within their allocated age group. This will provide us with more information to better help teams understand the reasoning behind team movements.

We encourage you to reach out to your members and identify individuals who can assist during this time. These people can be coaches with years of experiences or anyone with basketball knowledge within your club. Your support will not only enhance the grading experience but also foster a stronger sense of community among our clubs.

Could club please provide names of people interested within your club who would like to become a grading secretary this season. Please provide this by Tuesday 22nd of April COB.
